These are Pier 91 (Smith Cove Terminal) and Pier 46 (Bell Street Terminal). Some of us are in Seattle on a port call -- dock around 8am and leave around 8pm. The Smith Cove parking lot is a short distance away from the terminal building.
Smith Cove Cruise Terminal for Cruise Lines
You will exit the terminal after removing your luggage from the baggage claim area and leaving the ship. The disembarkation procedure should be given plenty of time because, due to the greater number of passengers, it can take longer than embarking. If you are planning to drive down, you can park your vehicle for the duration of your cruise.

The Seattle Cruise Port Terminal’s embarkation procedure is pretty simple. You will need to show the terminal officials your cruise paperwork and identification when you get there. Typically, these documents will contain your passport and cruise ticket (if you are traveling internationally). Most of these hotels also provide transfer to the port (paid) on the day of the journey which can take the hassle off of arranging transportation. Bell Street Cruise Terminal is located at Seattle’s Downtown waterfront whereas Smith Cove is located 2.8 miles northwest of Pier 66.
The parking fees are approximately $23-$29 (cars) to $60-$65 (oversized vehicles) per day which is relatively high compared to the other cruise ports. The cruise lines provide transfer from the airport, but it would be on the day of embarkation. It’s ideal to arrive at least a day early to acclimate to the place. Perfect for large-scale events, the facility boasts expansive space with soaring ceilings and stunning views. Smith Cove offers uncommon flexibility making it readily adaptable to many types of events including trade shows. When it comes to staging a truly impressive large-scale event, the possibilities at Smith Cove are as limitless as the imagination.

I am originally from Seattle and know how bad traffic can be, especially since there is a Mariners game at 1pm the day we leave. DH and I plan on leaving Tacoma around 9am and just getting there when we get there. It does sound like there will be a nice waiting area if the ship is not ready to board when we arrive.
Passengers will have to take a shuttle from the parking area to the terminal building. RV parking is available for $28 per day for RV's under 18 ft and $35 per day greater than 18ft (RV parking MUST be reserved and prepaid online to guarantee a space). As for baggage claim, exit the ship go to the lower level to claim your bags, this is a very very large open area with lots of room. Smith Cove can handle two cruise ships at a time and Bell Street can handle one – or two in transit.
There aren’t any that provide free shuttles to the cruise terminals. The hotels charge a fee between $8 and $20 to both pier 91 and 66. Alternatively, you can book a taxi/cab from the hotel to the pier which would work out even cheaper. Porters are available to assist with luggage and can easily be spotted with their red caps. There is a baggage storage service at the cruise terminal for luggage storage before and after your cruise.
